SUMMARY

Premier Aquatics is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Aqua Aerobics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aqua fitness instruction, a passion for helping others, and excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and have a genuine interest in promoting fitness and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead dynamic and engaging aqua aerobics classes for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
• Develop creative and effective workout routines that focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength training, flexibility, and overall wellness.
• Provide clear and concise instructions to participants, ensuring safety and proper form during exercises.
• Motivate and inspire class members to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Establish rapport with participants and offer personalized attention and modifications as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the aqua aerobics area, including equipment and pool facilities.
• Stay informed about current trends and advancements in aqua fitness instruction and integrate new techniques and exercises into classes as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching aqua aerobics or similar group fitness classes preferred.
• Certification in aquatic fitness instruction (e.g., AEA, ACE, or equivalent) required.
• Strong swimming skills and comfort working in a pool environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
