As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Pool Service Manager to join our team!
SUMMARY
As a Commercial Pool Service Manager at Premier Pool Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and servicing of commercial pools. The role will begin as a one-person operation with the opportunity to grow into something bigger and you will be able to help with expanding your own team.
As the business grows, you will eventually manage a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide technical expertise. Our service range will focus on commercial clients throughout the San Antonio area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of commercial pool service technicians to ensure quality performance and adherence to company standards.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate service schedules, assign tasks, and ensure the timely completion of all work orders for commercial clients.
- Commercial Pool Maintenance: Perform and supervise routine maintenance of commercial pool equipment, including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety Inspections: Ensure pool facilities meet local and state safety regulations, conducting routine inspections for compliance.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Manage inventory of chemicals, equipment, and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Monitor operational costs, manage budgets for supplies and maintenance, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all services meet Premier Pool Management’s high standards of quality, safety, and reliability.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as certification in pool maintenance or a related field, is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing pool service operations, preferably in a commercial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial pool equipment, water chemistry, and maintenance best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, focusing on mentoring and performance improvement.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial pool equipment efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage commercial client relationships.
- Familiarity with local and state regulations governing commercial pool maintenance and safety.
- Ability to manage service schedules, oversee multiple accounts and coordinate service teams effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and high-quality service delivery.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A company truck will be provided.
